1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cocodoro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cocodoro is a Pomodoro Technique timer application that helps users manage their time through focused work sessions and breaks. Features include customizable timers, task management, activity tracking, achievements, custom wallpapers, and premium subscriptions.

3. LICENSE TO USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store terms.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or transmit harmful code. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. PREMIUM FEATURES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium features require a paid subscription managed through RevenueCat and your device's app store (App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your app store settings. Refunds are subject to app store policies.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Cocodoro and protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you create in the App. You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

9. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COCODORO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cocodoro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses third-party services including:

• RevenueCat for subscription management
• PostHog for analytics
• App Stores for purchases and subscriptions

These services have their own terms and conditions.
